Galaxy Cuts CLARITY Act Passage Odds to 60% From 75% as Senate Faces Tight Summer Timeline

According to Galaxy Digital, the crypto company lowered its probability estimate for passage of the U.S. CLARITY Act to 60% on June 5, down from 75% previously, citing a narrowing legislative window before the 2026 midterm elections dominate Congress' agenda. Galaxy's head of research Alex Thorn said August represents the last realistic opportunity to advance the bill through the Senate before election politics make bipartisan cooperation increasingly difficult. The firm estimates a 60% probability the CLARITY Act becomes law, with a 40% chance it fails to pass this Congress.
