According to ChainCatcher, INFINIT's IN token experienced a 43.6% price drop in 24 hours, now trading at $0.06669, following an official team statement that the platform and token were not hacked or attacked. The project traced the incident to a wallet that transferred tokens from Bitget and Gate across chains via LayerZero from Ethereum to BNB Chain, where approximately 9 million IN tokens were burned on Ethereum and an equal amount minted on BNB Chain within 3 minutes, followed by multiple sell-offs on Pancakeswap. INFINIT characterized the event as a market integrity issue rather than a platform security matter and said the team is collaborating with exchanges to pursue accountability.
