Inflation Approaching Jobless Rate of 4.3%, Fed May Be Falling Behind, Says Brandywine PM

According to Brandywine Global Investment Management portfolio manager Tracy Chen, on June 5, inflation rates are nearly approaching the unemployment rate of 4.3% in May, and the Federal Reserve may have already fallen behind the curve. Traders expect July CPI to exceed 4.2%, according to inflation swap contracts, then decline to 3.8% in the first quarter.
