According to CCTV News, Iran filed a lawsuit with the Iran-U.S. Claims Tribunal (IUSCT) on May 12, accusing the United States of military aggression against Iranian nuclear facilities, economic sanctions, and threats of force. The lawsuit addresses alleged U.S. violations of international obligations during the conflict period, with the complaint formally registered at the tribunal between February and March 2026.
