According to an announcement on May 18, JiangFeng Electronics and Japan’s ULVAC signed a Master Framework Agreement to integrate their flat-panel display sputtering target businesses, excluding IGZO-related materials. The combined operations will be managed by Beijing FengKe Jingsheng Electronic Materials Co., Ltd., pooling the partners’ technological capabilities, production capacity, and market resources to strengthen competitiveness.
