Kalshi Seeks $40B Valuation After $1B Series F, Aims for 2027 IPO

According to CoinDesk, prediction market platform Kalshi is seeking new capital at a $40 billion valuation in late June 2026, just weeks after closing a $1 billion Series F at $22 billion led by Coatue with participation from Sequoia Capital, Andreessen Horowitz, Paradigm, Morgan Stanley and ARK Invest. The company's annualized revenue has tripled to roughly $2 billion, with annualized trading volume growing to $178 billion from $52 billion earlier in 2026. CEO Tarek Mansour ruled out a 2026 listing and pointed to 2027 or 2028 as the realistic window for an IPO, with banks holding early informal conversations about the potential debut.
