Korea Electric Power Corporation Completes $700M Global Bond Issuance on July 13

According to Yonhapinfomax, Korea Electric Power Corporation successfully issued $700 million in global bonds (144A/RegS) on July 13, achieving lower rates compared to Korean won-denominated debt. The offering consisted of a 3-year floating-rate note (FRN) of $400 million at SOFR plus 62 basis points, and a 5-year fixed-rate bond of $300 million at U.S. Treasury rates plus 50 basis points. The spreads were 33 basis points and 30 basis points tighter than initial guidance, respectively. Bookbuilding generated approximately $2.5 billion in orders, reflecting robust investor demand.
