Malaysia Crude Palm Oil Futures May Rise on Tuesday Morning Amid Oil Rally

According to Jin10, Malaysia crude palm oil futures on the Bursa Malaysia Derivatives exchange may open higher on Tuesday morning, driven by crude oil's rebound following Middle East tensions on Monday. The strength in crude oil prices increases palm oil's appeal as a biodiesel feedstock, supporting the market fundamentals. Additionally, Malaysia's robust palm oil exports so far in June and Indonesia's B50 biodiesel policy are providing further support. Indonesia will launch its mandatory B50 biodiesel blending policy on Wednesday, which is expected to increase domestic palm oil consumption and tighten export supplies.
