Revolut Offers Staff $1,333 Bonus to Attract Business Customers; CEO Prioritizes Unit Expansion

According to CEO Nik Storonsky’s internal memo reported by Bloomberg, Revolut will offer staff 1,000 pounds ($1,333) for bringing in business customers as the company makes business banking a top priority. The London-based digital bank plans to launch business banking in every new market starting in 2027 and add credit products for businesses in 2026, alongside establishing new business growth and onboarding teams.

Revolut had nearly 800,000 business customers in 2025, with the business segment accounting for 16% of total revenue, according to its financial statements. The company’s business banking unit generated 708 million pounds ($949 million) in revenue during 2025.
