Samsung Awards 288.2 Billion Won in Long-Term Incentive Shares to 928 Executives

According to South Korea's Financial Supervisory Service, Samsung Electronics distributed 1.13 million shares as long-term incentives to 928 executives on July 21, with a total value of approximately 288.2 billion won. The per-share allocation price was set at 254,500 won. CEO Roh Tae-moon received the most with 22,678 shares, worth approximately 5.77 billion won, followed by Vice Chairman Choi Young-hyun with 10,469 shares valued at about 2.66 billion won.
