According to updated regulatory filings, SpaceX has locked in its IPO pricing at $135 per share on June 3, targeting a June 12 Nasdaq debut under ticker SPCX. The company will issue approximately 556 million shares, raising roughly $75 billion and valuing the aerospace firm at approximately $1.77 trillion based on fully diluted shares. This surpasses the record previously held by Saudi Aramco, which raised $29 billion at a $1.7 trillion valuation during its 2019 IPO, making SpaceX's offering the largest in history by valuation.
