According to Gelonghui, China’s Cyberspace Administration, National Development and Reform Commission, and Ministry of Industry and Information Technology jointly issued the “Implementation Opinion on Standardized Application and Innovative Development of Intelligent Agents” on May 8. The policy outlines plans to develop an intelligent internet, including establishing an intelligent agent registration platform to provide digital identity management, discovery, and capability declaration services. The framework also emphasizes enhancing multi-agent collaboration capabilities through research on identity identification, trusted interconnection, compliant payment, security protection, and conflict resolution technologies. The policy further proposes leveraging IPv6 technology to improve agent end-to-end communication and establishing monitoring indicators for the intelligent internet.
