On June 4, U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio announced during a House Appropriations Committee hearing that the military campaign against Iran, dubbed 'Operation Righteous Fury,' has ended. Rubio stated the U.S. has "achieved victory" and is no longer conducting strikes on targets inside Iran. He acknowledged that while U.S. and Israeli operations inflicted significant damage on Iran's military capabilities, Iran "still retains certain unmanned aerial and maritime combat capabilities."
