According to BlockBeats, WSPN launched W Agent on May 15, a stablecoin payment module enabling autonomous AI agents to complete on-chain transactions from product discovery to settlement. Built on WSPN’s W Checkout payment stack, W Agent embeds stablecoin capabilities into AI workflows, allowing agents to execute purchases, API calls, and compute payments with stable settlement.

The system features a combined payment and acquiring solution with multi-chain settlement and enterprise-level human-in-the-loop approval mechanisms. W Agent separates order orchestration from on-chain settlement, with AI agents handling workflow coordination while fund transfers occur on-chain through W Checkout, reducing custody risk and enhancing auditability.
