Talking about Grid Trading
Many people are unfamiliar with this concept. I used to not care either. I thought I was invincible in contract trading, absolutely capable of standing out in the crypto circle, with a keen market sense, confident I could make money. But reality has repeatedly slapped my face. There are too many uncontrollable factors, and I couldn't maintain a stable mindset. My discipline wasn't strong enough. When I made profits, I wanted more; when I lost, I wanted to recover it all. In the end, I suffered two losses and my live streaming state worsened gradually.
Talking about grid trading, I feel more comfortable playing it. No sudden surges or crashes, just steady, fully automated earnings within each grid range.
For example, this Ethereum below—those who watched my live streams recently should remember. I opened a short grid at 2933 ETH. Now it's at 3165. I haven't even lost money. Why?
Grid income mainly comes from two parts. One is the floating profit from our normal long or short positions, like the short at 2933. Now at 3165, my $200 principal floating profit has indeed decreased by over $100. But the second part is the arbitrage over these 20 days, which earned me over $100. Every time there's a price fluctuation, the grid automatically buys low and sells high. That's why I haven't lost money even as ETH moved from 2933 to 3165. This is just 20 days of arbitrage. What if it's 100 days? 200 days? Could ETH reach 3500 or even 4000 without me losing money? Everyone can ponder this.
Recently, I will also share some popular altcoins' grid trading setups. You can follow along. The returns are still quite substantial.
Alright, that's all for today. Later, I will give a detailed classification of grid trading, such as how to set up grids for each coin, when to join, for example, ETH now is a good entry point. The risk level of grids, the number of arbitrage cycles, holding time for grids, etc. Each parameter is crucial and cannot be overlooked, as they all can cause fund fluctuations. So everyone can learn and research together.
Finally, I hope everyone who sees this post and reads it thoroughly will become a millionaire or billionaire in the future, with wealth rolling in. Let's work hard together!
