Dear friends:
I am Nick, perhaps you are familiar with another name—“Coin Master.”
This year has been the most emotionally turbulent year of my trading career. I used to steadily follow a familiar path every year, but in pursuit of more dazzling “tenfold or hundredfold” gains, I personally disrupted my rhythm.
Until today, I saw a friend’s year-end summary. He sincerely wrote: because of my philosophy, he gradually built his own trading system, and this year both spot and futures trading achieved good results.
At that moment, I sat in front of the screen, unmoving for a long time. My heart was not filled with pride, but with a quiet sense of shame and a clear warmth.
It turns out that the things I once believed in and conveyed—about patience, about systems, about discipline—really took root in others, growing silently and bearing solid fruit. And I, at one point, forgot their significance to myself.
Yes, I ran too fast, almost forgetting why I set out in the first place.
So I want to sincerely say to you, and to myself: slow is fast.
Slow is willing to wait for a signal, rather than frequently reaching out;
Slow is holding onto market movements that I can understand, rather than craving every fluctuation;
Slow is steadily walking the path of doubling your capital in a year, rather than losing your way in the illusions of tenfold or hundredfold gains.
Trading is like this, doing things is like this, growing is like this.
This year, I changed my name from “Coin Master” to “Nick Coach.” This is not just a simple name change, but a return and extension of myself. I will still share my understanding of the market, but at the same time, I have started collaborating with other teams on trading training. I hope to no longer be just a “signal provider,” but to accompany more people, understand the logic together, cultivate the right mindset, and build their own systems.
Thanks to that friend who wrote the summary. Your feedback is like a clear mirror, helping me see my deviations and original intentions. This is the most valuable gain I’ve had this year—turns out, the principles we insist on sharing can truly illuminate a corner.
In the future, I will continue here. Just with a steadier pace and a broader vision.
May we all learn the wisdom of “slowness,” and walk further in this fast-paced world.
Nick Coach
