Deep Tide TechFlow News, on February 4th, according to This is Money, the UK’s largest Bitcoin treasury company Smarter Web Company successfully listed on the main board of the London Stock Exchange on February 3rd, with the stock code “SWC”. The first-day share price was 43 pence, with a market capitalization of approximately £118 million.

The company’s CEO, Andrew Webley, expressed confidence in entering the FTSE 250 Index by September 2026 and ultimately joining the FTSE 100 Index. Smarter Web Company was founded in 2009, initially focusing on web design, with a recent strategic shift toward holding Bitcoin on its balance sheet.

Currently, the company has purchased 2,674 Bitcoins, with an average purchase price of about $111,000. As of Tuesday, Bitcoin trading prices were around $76,000, down from the peak of approximately $124,000 in October last year. Webley stated that the company plans to continue increasing its Bitcoin holdings.
