People who are skilled at using AI can also gain an advantage in test-taking by reducing complexity and crushing effort with efficiency. Recently, I’ve been taking IELTS classes with high school students, and after class, I tried using AI to help reinforce question types and identify gaps.
I handed my notes to Gemini, let it analyze, extract key points, and generate new questions (see P2's “Interactive Quiz”). This process completely transforms static knowledge into dynamic interactive ability, directly overcoming the most difficult part of learning—output—by breaking down cognition and simulating real-world scenarios.
It’s the first time I’ve discovered that Gemini has this function. I’ve recently explored it a bit; although Gemini has been reported to not be that smart, its ecosystem all-in-one experience is unbeatable in terms of smoothness.
In the future, if I have kids, I will definitely let them use AI to help with their studies—just a few dozen dollars a month for 1v1 tutoring. This is basically cheating.
