He stated that creditors with claim amounts exceeding $50,000 are expected to receive approximately 18% of their claim amounts, while U.S.-related creditors are expected to receive approximately 5%. The creditor portal is expected to be updated on March 23, and funds are expected to begin being distributed to creditors on March 31.
