Shouting "I want to get rich" a thousand times is not as good as learning to control a single loss.

I've seen too many people write trading plans like they're writing a book, only to forget everything when the market moves. I've also seen people research 100x coins every day, yet can't even execute basic stop losses. The market doesn't recognize bold words—it only recognizes actions.

What truly separates winners from losers is often not who reads the market more accurately, but who cuts losses faster when the market reverses. Who has more patience when breakthroughs come, and who can close the app and take a walk after consecutive losses.

Don't always think "I'll make a comeback when the bull market arrives." When the bull market does come, it's usually those who practiced discipline during the bear market and controlled their impulses who can truly seize the opportunity.

Listen to stories about overnight success if you like, but in the real world, profits are built from small gains and timely stop losses stacked together. Stop gazing at the blurry mountains in the distance—focus on which stone you need to step on solidly beneath your feet.

The market always has opportunities, but your capital might not always be there. Survive first, then talk about the scenery.
