Market volume surges with rebound, Shanghai Index rises 0.88% in morning session, E Fund AH500 ETF (159361) and E Fund CSI 300 ETF (510310) climbing in popularity.

On the morning of March 25th, the market rebounded with increased volume. The Shanghai Composite Index rose 0.88% in half a day, with the total market turnover exceeding 1.47 trillion yuan. Over 4,500 stocks are in the green. In terms of sectors and themes, the top gainers include power, optical fiber, tourism and hotels, precious metals, computing power leasing, high-speed copper cable connections, CPO, education, airports and shipping, and sports industry. The oil and gas extraction and services, photovoltaic equipment, and white liquor sectors performed relatively poorly. Hong Kong stocks opened high but declined later, with technology stocks experiencing volatility and adjustments.

By midday, the CSI A500 Index increased 1.1%, the CSI 300 Index rose 1.0%, the ChiNext Index gained 1.3%, the STAR Market 50 Index increased 1.1%, while the Hang Seng China Enterprises Index fell 0.2%.
