Palantir CEO Karp said: “In the AI era, there are only two types of people with a future: blue-collar workers or neurodiverse populations (ADHD, autism, etc.).”

He believes that success will favor those “who have more of an artist’s temperament, can see things from different perspectives, and can create unique things.”
In December last year, he was mocked online for being unable to sit still and gesturing wildly at a New York Times event. The next day, he went cross-country skiing and decided to launch the “Neurodiversity Scholarship,” with an annual salary of $110,000 to $200,000. The final interviews were personally conducted by him, and within two days, he received over 2,000 applications.
Palantir also launched the “Elite Scholarship Program,” aimed at high school graduates who have not attended college. The first cohort attracted over 500 applications, with only 22 admitted. They are currently recruiting students for the Fall 2026 semester, with a monthly salary of $5,400. Outstanding performers can be directly hired as full-time employees.
