Maintaining Health in the Digital Age


In this fast-paced era, technology has dominated most of our activities. From working, studying, to seeking entertainment, everything is done in front of a screen. As a result, we often neglect our physical and mental health.
A sedentary lifestyle and excessive screen exposure can trigger various problems, such as eye fatigue, back pain, and stress. Therefore, it is very important to maintain balance.
Spend at least 15 minutes a day stretching your muscles and taking a break from devices. Health is the most valuable asset we have for the future.(
