According to the Zhuhai Border Inspection General Station's Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge Border Inspection Station, a total of 29.8k inbound and outbound vehicles were inspected that day, including 28.4k passenger cars, 22.8k vehicles with single license plates from Hong Kong and Macau, and 17.9k vehicles with single license plates from Hong Kong — all four data points set new records since the bridge's opening, reflecting the continued surge in cross-border travel in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area.
