So when someone says “jee you need to find balance” it makes me wanna throat punch em (figuratively)

So today i tried while i was on my phone ALOT I managed to get a workout in to work this winter pudge off
3hrs later I’m done…but in between sets was raiding and brainstorming ideas
How can I do more…apart of it is being inspired by other bag workers in the game
