Trump Responds to Ship Seizure Incident: Not Considered a Violation of Ceasefire, Just "Piracy"?

President Trump of the United States stated that the actions of Iran in seizing the ships "MSC Francesca" and "Epaminodes" are not considered a violation of the ceasefire framework.
The reason is: these ships are not from the United States or Israel, so they do not constitute a direct conflict with the agreement.
At the same time, the related statements also mentioned that such incidents are more likely to be defined as "piracy," rather than a breach of political agreements.
From the perspective of the situation, this kind of statement reflects the complexity of "rule interpretation rights" in international conflicts— the same incident can be completely differently defined under different stances.
