Hacker collective "Rebalancing BTC": Retreating from ETH, is the risk shifting?

On-chain monitoring shows multiple security-related addresses are adjusting their asset structures:

KelpDAO hackers have exchanged about 75.7k ETH entirely for BTC through THORChain

Previously, hackers who stole approximately $98 million worth of assets from Balancer are also making similar moves

They have already converted 7,000 ETH into about 204.7 BTC (approximately $15.88 million), and the currency exchange is still ongoing

Currently, the Balancer hacker still holds:

About 15k ETH (approximately $34.65 million)

About 204.7 BTC (approximately $15.88 million)

From a behavioral perspective, this is not simply asset transfer, but a "risk re-pricing" —
Recent events in the ETH ecosystem have been frequent, and hackers are choosing to switch assets to more liquid and widely accepted BTC to reduce future disposal difficulties.
This kind of large-scale rebalancing essentially has two impacts on the market:
First, increased short-term selling pressure on ETH, and second, strengthened capital absorption by BTC.
In the crypto world, capital flow never lies.
You may ignore the news, but you cannot ignore the direction of capital movement.
The real opportunities are often hidden in these "silent transfers."
