Movement publicly accuses Scroll team of misconduct, resulting in damage to L2 ecosystem reputation

On November 28th, Rushi Manche, Co-founder of Movement Labs, publicly accused the Scroll team on X platform of several issues, including: 1. Taking advantage of the community’s years of contributions, but launching a predatory incentive program that ultimately shifts the burden onto ordinary investors; 2. The team has been selling Secondary Market shares for several years before going live; 3. Other members of the team were forced to buy in at a valuation of $1.8 billion, while senior leadership was dumping at the same time; 4. The Scroll team directly distributed Airdrop to their own Wallet and then cashed out; 5. They designed a highly predatory Token economic model with the aim of harming every community member. Manche accuses the Scroll team’s actions of damaging the reputation of the EVM L2 ecosystem and urges them to make improvements to avoid making it look like a complete eyewash.
