Monster Hunter: Wild 85 God-Level Face Customization Codes! Includes 2B, Tifa, and Octopus Guy
Monster Hunter Rise sales surpassed 8 million in just three days since launch, setting Capcom records, with face customization system becoming a hot topic among players. This article compiles 85 popular cross-platform face codes, covering classic characters like 2B from NieR: Automata, Tifa from FF7, Keanu Reeves, Squidward, as well as creative vegetable and fruit faces like broccoli and carrots. There are two methods to use: manual data entry and one-click code download. Note that data from the official release and the beta are not interchangeable.
Why Monster Hunter Rise Sparks a Face Customization Boom
Since its release, Monster Hunter Rise has ignited discussions across major gaming forums. Japanese gaming media Famitsu revealed that in just three days, global sales exceeded 8 million, breaking Capcom’s sales records. The face customization system in Rise offers high freedom, allowing players to create realistic celebrities, anime characters, and even anthropomorphized vegetables and fruits, sparking a wave of creative expression.
On platforms like X (formerly Twitter), Reddit, and TikTok, players enthusiastically share their face data and codes. Some creations have received over ten thousand likes, such as a “Gorilla” face made by a Japanese user with 10,000 likes, a white-haired girl with 5,000 likes, and a European noble girl approaching 9,000 likes. This community-driven content creation makes Monster Hunter Rise not just a game but a character creation platform.
Two Quick Ways to Get Started with Face Customization
Manual Data Entry for Face Customization: Create character > Hunter/Palico > Confirm/Edit > Hunter Design Data (レシピ), then fill in data sequentially.
One-Click Code Download: Edit Hunter page > Double press R1 (console) / rightmost column (PC) > Click to download Hunter Design Data > Enter design data password.
Important Reminder: Data from the official version and beta are not compatible. Using beta data may result in completely different outcomes.
The advantage of face codes is quick and convenient; after entering the password, the system automatically applies all parameters. Face data offers higher customization, allowing players to fine-tune details based on others’ creations to craft unique characters. Both methods have pros and cons; it’s recommended to preview effects with codes first, then personalize with data.
Selected Face Codes for Popular Game Characters
The most popular face creation category is recreating classic game characters. 2B from NieR: Automata is shared by the Gamewith攻略 website, perfectly restoring her iconic blindfold and white hair.
Tifa from Final Fantasy VII, created by Reddit user ManateeofSteel, is affectionately called the “Italian goddess” and remains charming in Monster Hunter Rise.
Lady Maria from Bloodborne, created by Reddit user Gullible-Ad8788, is considered a goddess by many Soulsborne fans. Yae Miko from Genshin Impact, in fox form, shared by Reddit user TheLumiChan with code G576D66V9NC6. Faker, the legendary League of Legends esports player, also has a version without glasses created by Reasonable_Bug1450, code DD3AT44T3CK4.
Hollywood stars are also popular choices. Keanu Reeves, created by Japanese player あさると, code LE5WH34V8469. Johnny Depp from Pirates of the Caribbean, crafted by player ねこいなり while looking at photos, code GC9LV85G8A66. Well-known singer Billie Eilish, shared by Reddit user ScalesOfFate, is praised for her very lifelike eyes, code CM8873J485E3.
Anime characters also have high-fidelity versions, including Dio from JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure (code KT5QS56V8XX3), Kratos from God of War (code 966EP8PU3P47), Guts from Berserk (code D47V946U3VN5), and Harley Quinn from Suicide Squad (code 986KN87H7JV6).
Creative Face Customization: From Broccoli to Gorilla
Beyond recreating classic characters, Monster Hunter Rise’s face customization extends into unexpected areas. The vegetable anthropomorphism series was pioneered by Japanese users. Broccoli was created by Lord Broccoli, with a vibrant green color and fluffy texture that’s stunning. Carrots shared byぷりんどす are depicted as “an old grandpa.” Corn, created by ぱにゃ, features yellow-green coloring and a sturdy physique reminiscent of plump corn kernels.
The most disruptive creative face is the “Gorilla” made by Japanese user ねずみ鋳鉄, which received 10,000 likes. Some joked it was created by the author of Gintama, Hideaki Sorachi. Squidward from SpongeBob SquarePants, in a “rare version” (after being hit by a door, with a handsome appearance), was created by Reddit user ManateeofSteel, code M99AB5N84984. Zeon Zaku II from Mobile Suit Gundam was also recreated by player かがみ, allowing players to “become Zaku directly in Monster Hunter Rise.”
Japanese classic variety show “Shimura’s Big Laugh”’s fool prince, Conan’s Black Cloak, and even McDonald’s Uncle have been attempted by players. These creative faces showcase the community’s limitless imagination and demonstrate the powerful versatility of Monster Hunter Rise’s face customization system.
