According to media reports, Lit Protocol completed a new funding round on October 20, 2025. Investors in this round include RRE Ventures, Collab+Currency, Protocol Labs, Sfermion, and Village Global. To date, Lit Protocol has raised a cumulative total of $15.2 million.Lit Protocol is a decentralized access control protocol designed for Web3 applications and private data on open networks. The protocol enables enterprises, creators, and DAOs to use tokens, NFTs, and blockchain identities as keys to grant access to content, software, and data. Since its inception, Lit Protocol has demonstrated robust growth, securing $2.2 million in funding in January 2022 and completing a $13 million Series A round in September 2022.
