Changpeng Zhao, former CEO and founder of Binance, the largest cryptocurrency exchange in the world, has drawn attention to BNB in his latest post. CZ reshared a post from X user, Crypto Pumpman, who compiled a chart on institutional investors holding BNB. In the post, it is noted that BNB is no longer just the native currency of the “Binance exchange” but has expanded into many areas such as the BNB Chain public blockchain, DeFi, physical payments, etc. “BNB is increasingly being accepted by organizations and publicly traded companies. At the same time, the value of BNB continues to decrease while maintaining a market capitalization of hundreds of billions of US dollars in the long term, sufficient to meet the positioning needs of organizations and nations.” At this time, the countries, organizations, and legal entities holding BNB have been summarized as follows: “1- The Kingdom of Bhutan: Bhutan, a South Asian country, is currently the first sovereign nation to incorporate BNB into its national strategic reserves and allocate national funds. This country supports the use of cryptocurrencies, including BNB, for everyday consumption.” 2- Kyrgyzstan: CZ proposed to include BNB in the national digital asset reserves and this proposal is currently in the implementation phase. 3-Huaxing Capital: Last week, the company signed a memorandum of understanding to allocate 100 million dollars to allocate BNB assets at YziLabs and incorporate them into its balance sheet. 4-VanEck, 21 shares: While financial institutions like VanEck from the United States and Switzerland are applying to the SEC for a BNB ETF, 21shares focuses on the BNB ETP with 100% physical collateral and an asset size of over 20 million dollars. 5- Nano Labs: The company based in China has added BNB to its investment fund and has invested 50 million dollars so far. This investment is expected to increase to 1 billion dollars this year. 6- BNC: This public company has become the largest public BNB fund management company in the world. The company has purchased 200,000 BNB and recently increased its holdings to 325,000 BNB, solidifying its position as the largest BNB fund management company in the world. 7-B Strategy: BNB Treasury, a company established in collaboration with YZiLabs, aims to raise 1 billion dollars in initial capital. The company not only holds BNB but also supports the development of ecological projects and the BNB community.
