The conference is themed “Expanding Ethereum, Shaping an Open Future,” bringing together the world's top wisdom and strength. The Chairman and CEO of HashKey Group, Xiao Feng, will deliver the opening speech, while Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin (online), the new co-executive director of the Ethereum Foundation Hsiao-Wei Wang (online), and heavyweight guests such as Tomasz Stańczak will gather to explore the future territories of the Ethereum ecosystem.

The conference is led by the Chinese builder community ETHPanda, co-organized with Wanxiang Blockchain Lab, PANews, and TinTinLand, and will be held concurrently with the Wanxiang Blockchain Global Summit in the same city, aiming to create a focal point for the global Web3 world.
