U.S. Department of Justice releases millions of Epstein files, revealing Musk inquiring about island parties and allegations against Bill Gates. Although all parties deny any wrongdoing, bipartisan lawmakers question whether some key documents are still being withheld.
“Lolita Island” Epstein Files Latest: Musk and Bill Gates Emails Released
The U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) last weekend released the latest Epstein files, marking the largest batch of documents made public since last year’s legal mandate. The release includes a total of 3 million pages, 180,000 images, and 2,000 videos.
The late billionaire Jeffrey Epstein was imprisoned for allegedly kidnapping and trafficking underage girls for sex over a long period. He was mainly active on Little St. James Island, recently often called “Lolita Island,” where he committed crimes. Due to the complex network involving global political and business elites, it remains a public focus. Among the materials, information related to Musk and Bill Gates has sparked community outrage.
Musk Email Leak: Asking about the “Craziest Party” on Lolita Island
According to reports from BBC and Deutsche Welle (DW), although Musk has not been accused of any illegal activity in this case and previously stated he declined an invitation to Epstein’s private island, email correspondence with Epstein shows he discussed multiple trips to the island with Epstein.
In an email from November 2012, Musk asked Epstein: “What is the day of the craziest party on your island?” and mentioned that he only needed a helicopter to transport himself and his then-wife Talulah Riley.
During Christmas that year, Musk emailed again asking if there were any parties planned, expressing that he was on the verge of burnout from work and hoped to relax in Saint Barts or elsewhere after his children returned home. He emphasized that he did not want a peaceful island experience.
However, there is no evidence that Musk ultimately set foot on the island. Musk also responded on X (formerly Twitter), denying involvement, stating that some of the emails might have been taken out of context to smear him, but he emphasized he has never been on the island or attended any parties, and he supports prosecuting those who committed crimes with Epstein and severely exploited underage girls.

Bill Gates Accused of Sexually Transmitted Disease, Spokesperson Denies: Ridiculous and False
The Epstein files also list allegations involving Microsoft founder Bill Gates. In July 2013, two emails suspected to be drafted by Epstein have been found, though it is unclear whether these emails were actually sent.
The emails claim that Gates needed medication to treat the consequences of having sex with a Russian woman, implying he contracted a sexually transmitted disease. Another email was written as a resignation letter from the Gates Foundation, complaining that Gates tried to hide his health issues from his then-wife Melinda.
In response to these allegations, Gates’ spokesperson issued a statement strongly denying these claims as completely absurd and false.
The spokesperson emphasized that these accusations come from a disgruntled con artist (referring to Epstein), and the files only show Epstein’s frustration over his inability to maintain a relationship with Gates, attempting to frame and defame Gates.
Prince Andrew Was Targeted for Interview by Prosecutors
The Epstein declassified files also reveal details of the investigation into former British royal Prince Andrew (Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor). U.S. prosecutors attempted to interview Prince Andrew in 2021 during their investigation into Epstein’s sex trafficking case.
Prince Andrew, previously known as the Duke of York, faced controversy due to his association with Epstein and had his royal titles and residence stripped last year.
Although emails show Epstein proposed introducing Prince Andrew to young Russian women, there is no direct evidence indicating that Prince Andrew engaged in illegal activities related to this scandal.

Although the DOJ claims the review process has concluded and a large number of documents have been released, Democratic Congressman Ro Khanna told the media that the DOJ confirmed over 6 million pages of related documents, but only about 3.5 million pages have been made public after review and editing.
He questioned whether the undisclosed documents are being withheld to protect powerful individuals involved, which could undermine public trust in the system.
Democratic Representative Melanie Stansbury of New Mexico directly accused this of being a blatant cover-up; Republican Congressman Thomas Massie also stated that too many documents are still being withheld or excessively redacted. These bipartisan reactions indicate that the controversy over the Epstein files’ release may not be over yet.
