ChainCatcher News, according to Gate Market Data, U.S. stocks opened with the Dow Jones Industrial Average down 0.55%, the S&P 500 down 0.87%, and the Nasdaq Composite down 1.3%. Alphabet (GOOG.O) fell 6.6% due to its 2026 capital expenditure guidance significantly exceeding market expectations. NIO (NIO.N) rose 7.9%, expecting to achieve its first quarterly profit in Q4. Dingdong Maicai (DDL.N) dropped 12%, with Meituan planning to acquire Dingdong Maicai for $717 million.
