ChainCatcher reports that AI agent startup Temporal has completed a $300 million Series D funding round led by a16z.
The company states that this funding round is not aimed at chasing a particular moment in artificial intelligence but is to build a platform to address common reliability challenges of AI agents in complex, long-running processes. Currently, AI companies like OpenAI, as well as Snap, Netflix, and JPMorgan Chase, are among its users.
