TLV, taking off in the semiconductor market! Stock price target: 84,000 KRW

NH Investment & Securities has issued a positive investment outlook for TLB, a manufacturer of printed circuit boards for semiconductors. NH Investment & Securities has raised TLB’s target stock price from 81,000 KRW to 84,000 KRW and maintained a “Buy” investment opinion. This decision is based on TLB’s fourth-quarter performance meeting expectations, and the anticipated mass production of DDR5-8000 and factory expansion are expected to be the main drivers of profitability improvement.

TLB has played an important role in the rapidly growing semiconductor market in recent years. Last year’s fourth-quarter sales reached 72.6 billion KRW, a 45.6% year-over-year increase, with operating profit soaring by 844.1% to 8.6 billion KRW. This figure aligns with the average expectations of securities firms and is seen as a positive signal related to growth in the semiconductor industry.

In particular, TLB has forecasted potential supply shortages of SOCAMM and DDR6, known as next-generation memory standards, due to complex stacking processes, and is undertaking preliminary investments to address this issue. This appears to be a strategic decision to meet future market demand.

The target stock price increase, over 30% higher than the previous day’s closing price of 62,800 KRW, indicates a positive market outlook for TLB’s growth potential. This upward trend is an attractive message for investors.
