Odaily Planet Daily News: According to the latest information from the Shanghai Branch of the Agricultural Development Bank of China, in order to actively respond to national policy decisions, support the development of digital RMB, and enhance customer service capabilities, the bank has started offering digital RMB-related services to corporate clients from February 25. Regarding the business scope, the Shanghai Branch of the Agricultural Development Bank stated that their digital RMB services follow the People’s Bank of China’s “dual-layer architecture” operational model, providing digital RMB circulation services to customers. Business operations strictly adhere to the People’s Bank of China’s regulations on RMB bank settlement accounts, anti-money laundering, and anti-terrorist financing to ensure fund safety and compliant operations.
