With the application of cutting-edge technologies such as 5G+XR and Metaverse, people from all over the world can directly ‘parachute’ to Gulangyu Island without the need to travel. It is reported that the Gulangyu Metaverse, based on the 1.88 square kilometers area of Gulangyu, has created a cyber island that is accessible to global users through high-precision 3D modeling.
