Boviet Alloy to Divest U.S. Solar Battery Business for $724 Million

According to Boviet Alloy’s announcement on May 13, the company plans to sell its U.S. solar cell battery manufacturing assets to INOX Solar Americas for approximately $724 million. The transaction includes all equipment related to the solar battery production facility in North Carolina as well as the associated real estate and infrastructure owned by Boviet subsidiaries.
