Empery Digital sold 370 BTC last week, bringing its total holdings down to 2,989 BTC

Gate News news, April 6, Nasdaq-listed bitcoin treasury company Empery Digital disclosed that it sold 370 bitcoins at an average price of $66,632 last week, for total proceeds of approximately $24.7 million. After this reduction in holdings, the company’s total bitcoin holdings fell below the 3,000-coin mark to 2,989. In addition, Empery Digital also disclosed that, to date, it has spent approximately $142 million to repurchase 24,640,671 shares of common stock, and will continue to sell bitcoin as needed to fund future stock repurchases and may repay some outstanding debt.
