Japan's Commercial Crude Inventories Rise 537,049 Kiloliters as of May 30

According to the Japan Petroleum Association (PAJ), commercial crude oil inventories rose to 10.017 million kiloliters as of May 30, up 537,049 thousand liters from the previous week's 9.4797 million kiloliters. The refinery operable capacity utilization rate (BPSD) fell to 79.1% from 82.1%, while design capacity utilization (BPCD) declined to 63.1% from 73.5%.
