According to Xinhua News Agency, rescue teams at Liushenyu coal mine operated by Tongzhou Group in Shanxi deployed underground inspection robots equipped with gas sensors and real-time cameras on the morning of May 24 to detect hazardous conditions in tunnels unreachable by personnel during ongoing operations following a gas explosion.
