Senate Banking Committee Passes CLARITY Act 15-9, Bill Could Reach Trump for Signature by August

According to Galaxy research head Alex Thorn, the Senate Banking Committee voted 15-9 this week to advance the CLARITY Act to full Senate floor consideration. The bill is now on track for final Senate passage by late June, with potential enactment by early August if the legislative timeline proceeds as planned, Thorn said on X.
