On Tuesday, May 19, U.S. benchmark 10-year Treasury yields rose 7.88 basis points to 4.6663% in New York's closing session, trading within a range of 4.5864%-4.6853% and approaching the January 14, 2025 peak of 4.8069%. Two-year Treasury yields climbed 7.44 basis points to 4.1182%, trading between 4.0438%-4.1373%, with accelerated gains observed around 20:55 UTC-5 and approaching the February 21, 2025 high of 4.2725%.
