Alhamdulillah, the only real high left for me is giving. Charity is the one halal rush that never burns out, (literally) pure dopamine with no crash.

Try it. Work hard to find people who truly need help. Don't waste your giving on causes that end up in the wrong hands. Invest in humanity, in morals, and try to beat the matrix that thrives on indifference. Just try .. before time runs out and you never even had the chance.
