Banmu Xia: The Fed’s rate cut this week will return liquidity to normal, and the market will see a general rise this week and even throughout the month.

BlockBeats news, on December 8, Chinese crypto analyst Ban Muxia stated, “This week, the Fed’s interest rate cuts and renewed balance sheet expansion will normalize tight liquidity. This week will see broad gains (in US stocks, crypto, precious metals, etc.), and even the following month could be a month of broad gains.” Ban Muxia also quoted an article published on November 11, which said, “Starting in December, the Fed will stop shrinking its balance sheet and may begin expanding it. At that point, liquidity will return to normal, similar to October 2019. The real massive liquidity injection will have to wait until next May, after Trump takes control of the Fed, similar to March 2020.”
