According to Deep Tide TechFlow news on October 15, Brevis announced that its multi-GPU zero-knowledge virtual machine (zkVM) Pico Prism has achieved real-time Ethereum proof on consumer-grade hardware: using 64 RTX 5090 graphics cards, it completed 99.6% of Ethereum L1 block proof in 12 seconds, with 96.8% of the block proof time being below the 10-second standard set by the Ethereum Foundation. In a test on September 1, 2025, under Ethereum's current 45M gas limit, Pico Prism's average proof time was only 6.9 seconds.

Compared to SP1 Hypercube, which had a proof coverage of 40.9% under the previous 36M gas limit, the Pico Prism now far exceeds its previous standard, reaching 98.9%. The average duration has improved from 10.3 seconds to 6.04 seconds, and the GPU cost has decreased from 256,000 dollars to 128,000 dollars.

This performance breakthrough comes from the newly designed multi-machine multi-GPU architecture of Brevis: this architecture parallelly distributes high computational tasks to different GPUs for processing, while the CPU is only responsible for initialization and management, thus achieving a leap in performance.

Brevis plans to further reduce GPU demand to 16 RTX 5090 units within the next few months, achieving 99% real-time proof, becoming a leading solution integrated into the core architecture of Ethereum L1.
