PANews February 18 News, according to The Crypto Basic, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) will decide by February 26 whether to approve, reject, or delay the T. Rowe Price Active Crypto ETF. The fund application explicitly lists XRP as one of five to fifteen eligible cryptocurrencies. If approved, it will provide a channel for institutional management of $1.8 trillion in assets through a regulated structure.
T. Rowe Price first submitted the prospectus for this crypto fund in October last year, followed by NYSE Arca filing a 19b-4 listing application, which was published in the Federal Register on November 28. The SEC set an extended review deadline last month, with the final decision due by February 26.
