Capacity expansions in Hefei, Shanghai, and Beijing are expected to come online in 2028. The industry expert noted that Chinese suppliers' DRAM pricing is competitive with global leaders despite potentially lower yields, and some foundries are primarily using domestically-made equipment, excluding advanced tools such as lithography systems.
