I don't know why, but lately I get sick all the time. The weather keeps fluctuating between cold and hot, and I end up catching a cold with a sore throat. My physical health has really deteriorated.

Yesterday I discovered a leak under the sink, and today when I had some free time I checked on the cold water valve issue. I disassembled it, added a sealing washer, and reinstalled it. So far there hasn't been any more leaking over the past half day.
When we renovated the house before, I basically figured out most things myself and hired workers to do them. The plumber was a ripoff—he left some finishing work undone without doing it for me. I installed my pre-filter myself, and I handled all the network cable connections myself.
